Members of the Cordwainers' Company who took part in the Fusiliers Challenge in June 2011

The Cordwainers have enjoyed a strong relationship with the Fusiliers for over 50 years, and this year it became stronger still.

Working together with the Fusiliers, over £24,000 has been raised for two of its charities - the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Museum Trust, and the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Aid Society. The Master, Oliver Chamberlain, commented "This is a really magnificent result, and I know how much it has been appreciated by the Fusiliers.  Thank you very much indeed to all Cordwainers, their families and friends, and other generous donors for making such a good effort into raising this money."
